The company provides very outdated (legacy) computers that don't work properly—they're so slow that you have to restart them several times a day. Management pushes employees to attend team-building events but hardly compensates anything, creating a situation where employees feel guilty if they don't participate. The chairs provided are broken, making it nearly impossible to sit comfortably. The company saves on basic things like napkins, etc. There's a general chat where everyone has to log their start time, end time, and lunch time down to the minute.
