Pros
The people for the most part were great and did not want to leave my team members. Good opportunity for growth and development into other roles internally.
Cons
Double standards in the treatment of genders and certain nationalities. Blatant favouritism of certain staff members. Constant and exhausting battle between the US and UK offices. Though there was opportunity to provide feedback it was normally disregarded by those at the top. No regard for mental health of employees at all, even if management picked up on struggles you were just told to behave better. Terrible pay, no reward for loyalty. The only reason I stayed for as long as I did was because I felt so broken down by working here that I had no confidence to apply for other jobs.
