This team was specifically designed to assist staff in issues such as this. In regards to your first client, being an ABA therapist can be a challenging task and because of this we provide our staff with extensive training and support. If you feel that you have been matched with a client that you are not capable to work with, we urge you to speak to your superior regarding the match up. We want our clients to receive the best services possible and our staff to feel comfortable with their caseloads. We realize that there is always room for improvement so we greatly appreciate your feedback and will be taking your review into serious consideration.
