      Pros

      Big name in hospitality recruitment. Good database and staff training. Good office space, share with other Kellan group brands.

      Cons

      Area manager was fantastic, didnt wan't me to leave.. Branch manager absolute nightmare, created friction, when it was needed.

      Our Birmingham office is our newest office and we are extremely proud of how it is delivering for both candidates and clients. All of our consultants, past and present, have played a huge role in this, and we are grateful that you have recognised the positive investments we made into achieving this. Obviously as this is an anonymous review, it is difficult to know the individual situation. The manager is tasked with upholding the standards we expect as a business and we would always expect them to behave in a supportive and friendly way.       Pros

      As long as you put in the work they look after you really well. Very understanding if something comes up and you have to cancel a job. They regularly check in on you. I have been with them for a few months now and there has only been one week where I didn’t really get any work. I’ve also never really worked a weekend which is unheard of in catering. You accrue holiday pay which is great. Really flexible with you being able to decide when you want to work.

      Cons

      If you are wanting to do agency work in restaurants then this agency isn’t really for you. They deal more with workplace catering and schools (mostly). There’s the worry of not having work, but that can be said for any agency and like I say I haven’t really had any issues with that apart from one week where I didn’t have work.
