Creates a negative culture that has driven great people away. - Higher than average turnover rate in some departments. HR especially has an alarmingly high turnover rate. Some essential roles left vacant for too long. - Very strange culture policies recently implemented with the aim of promoting a positive work environment, but comes across as forced, unnatural, and tone deaf. - Not an ideal long-term position due to limited growth opportunities for roles and salaries.
