We are working on very challenging real world machine-learning projects in a variety of fields (Vision, NLP, tabular & time series). Our ML systems actually get deployed and used by real clients and we are working on exciting products which will enable machine learning systems to be easily used and maintained by our clients. Very interesting research and engineering challenges ahead. Most importantly, being surrounded by great and super smart people, who work together in a family-like vibe, makes this place special. Recent changes in management have helped focus our work, increase the feeling of success, and bring people together. This is a very positive change compared to how things used to be.

Often there are high expectations from the research teams, which can put can them into overcapacity. This is much better than things used to be, though it can still be improved. That said, it is nice to feel appreciated and that there are relevant, practical and meaningful expectations from the research teams. Though there is now much better communication between the research and engineering departments, in my opinion, the alignment can be improved even further.

First and foremost, bad atmosphere. The company cares about buying newspaper articles and expensive artworks and not about the employees' wellbeing. The company does not develop interesting tech but is an ML service firm. The company does not promote people but hires outside people for new openings. Most of the people in the R&D that had the ability to find another job quit. Others are looking for a place to go. Every person that showed criticism to management was fired immediately. All the impressive (usually inexperienced) titleholders in the administration are totally unconnected to the R&D people. Extremely inexperienced top management. Check out the good reviews here, they were all given around the same day. I find that very suspicious.
