I was laid off by Bikham Healthcare in December without any reason, and since then, my Final Settlement (FNF), including my pending salary and incentives, has not been cleared. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises from HR and CEO Sonia Dhawan, they keep delaying payments with excuses about financial difficulties. Meanwhile, they continue hiring in bulk, proving that their financial excuses are just a way to avoid paying former employees. Initially, they promised to settle my FNF within 90 days. Then, they asked for 30 more days. Now, in April, they are still stalling. This company not only mistreats employees but also misleads clients. If I don’t receive my rightful dues today, I will continue sharing my experience publicly until I get my hard-earned money. Bikham Healthcare needs to be held accountable for its unethical treatment of employees.
