Pros
Very friendly colleagues that are supportive from day 1.
Cons
Lots of training, which requires you to travel to their headquarters and you don't receive any pay. Took them 6 months before they provided a full air-side pass which allows you to work freely otherwise you would need a provisional pass like I ha d to use and be constantly supervised.
