This company is extremely financially sound and has amazing long lasting relationships with the executive leadership at all of the major carriers. Both landline & wireless. The fact that the company was started by a woman in her garage and has grown to over a billion dollar company is astounding! It remains a minority business being run by a team of industry veterans. The reputable COO that was brought in to run Bluestream at the end of 2014 has redirected the organization to reach the goals of the organization while meeting the needs of our customers.
Cons
There have been some abrasive changes within the organization that were a necessity to maximize our profitability & the longevity of the organization. Our company has been offering these services for over 30 years. Processes need to be upgraded to meet the technology needs of the marketplace. All in all, we are a very large and sound organization that has the potential to grow. And as we all know, with growth comes some pains. However, I feel that these pains will be managed accordingly as the executive management team here is made up of industry veterans.
