Awful Leadership mixed with Some Great Talent - Head of Marketing Blueprint Software Systems Employee Review

Terrible, terrible, terrible top level leadership. Really mean spirited and outdated approach to management. CEO and COO pretend to care about people but it's obvious that they don't. This company should have gone under many times but they keep finding shady ways to stay alive, which happens at the expense of their employees. They have gone through 3-4 mass layoff events in the past six years. This place has its moments, but if you stay longer than a year, you will see the truth. The product team is smart and capable, but they aren't give the proper direction to produce anything worthwhile.
