Management - 1. Director does not know what he wants, especially the new promoted ones 2. Director tends to only listen to what he wants to listen, does not accept the fact that staffs leaving for some specific reasons 3. Future directions are BLURRED. 4. Director wants to create a competitive environment within the staffs and creating chaos between the managers and staffs 5. Director is not clearly understand what he wants and what exactly is the department operating despite of the peak periods 6. Director tends to twist the feedbacks from staffs towards the managers and creates misunderstandings 7. Director tends to use up staff’s working hours and non-working hours to learn nuts and bolts and expose to other unrelated work areas that are not applicable to the assigned job scopes 8.
