Pros
You learn a lot about negotiating price by watching the accountant. And people are very cooperative
Cons
Get sunburn,they make you do work which should only take 2 hours but we are supposed to do it for 8 hours. Only 5 staff are fix, the new staff keeps coming and gets frustrated and leave. You are not allowed to speak English. No holiday 10 hours a day and way too less salary
