Pros

overall, interview process was friendly. Though there was quite a few people involved like they were training. It just seemed like a lot, which would be offputting to some newer and younger people.

Cons

where do I begin? After the interview process, and I started the next day, I was met with this atmosphere of people who don’t really care about their job. I simply wanted to make money and I’m trying to get trained, but meanwhile I'm just be quiet waiting for this training process to start. Also, during that time no one had approached me with what I was getting paid or setting up payment information. I could tell right away that I was gonna have an issue with this company when employees are just standing around, shooting the crap all day while i’m just waiting to make money, yeah I’m definitely not seeing the potential. i’m also keeping this very minimal to my experience because it’s just not worth my time. Meanwhile, I just wanna get paid and they are not wanting to pay me.

Pros

None. The company is a sinking ship and is on the verge of bankruptcy every year.

Cons

Hire and fire policy. Mass layoffs every year. The company is just focused on building infrastructure within deadlines and then sell off what they built. No growth opportunities. No yearly increments, as the company is trying hard to survive and pay off debts. No bonus. Bad benefits. Hard 9-5 in office work. If you leave the building, you have to make up for the time. No remote allowed.
