Our continued success depends on our employees feeling valued. This includes creating a healthy work environment and doing our best to create clarity about our mission and vision for all employees, e.g. by monthly staff meetings and an “open door policy” for C-level as well as managers.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form, and we naturally always act according to our employee code of conduct, if we learn about potential harassment through our anonymous whistle-blower channel or in meetings with our union representatives.
We have at all times followed government guidelines during the covid-19 pandemic. When working from our offices, we took all precautionary measures to protect employees from contamination.
