Pros
Employees are friendly and there is an open line of communication at all levels. Travel is reasonable and per diem while traveling is fair. If time off is needed, they will work with you and they keep hours fair. Everything needed for the job is supplied and company trucks keep the wear and tear off your own vehicle. Everyone gets along for the most part and you make some great friendships in the process.
Cons
Insurance is pricey, but if had to be used, the insurance is good. No 401k which is unfortunate.
