Pros
Very busy company, will always have a task to complete. People always willing to help and asking questions is never discouraged. I've heard the benefit package is good and the pay is current to comparable positions. People that work here are for the most part very positive and nice. At times people can complain more than necessary, but that is at every work place.
Cons
Overloaded with e-mails daily, general supply chain issues (especially in current climate) and many tenured employees- older work force. Not very diverse. Work life balance is respected, but you are expected to check e-mails when vacation is taken.
