HR talks a good talk about offering training and social programs to employees. Never a dull moment & there is always more work to do. Growth opportunities are plentiful when leadership expects you to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Plenty of industry wide and client exposure, if desired.

Administrative routine tasks required of every consultant while you're juggling heavy workloads for client. No real training for product managers nor tangible social initiatives / benefits offered by HR. Too many layers of leadership, inconsistent reporting & management structure, and incompatible employee databases when companies are acquired and merged together. The most knowledgeable coworkers get burnt out from carrying the project(s) while they continue to get pulled into new business develop or beta testing/estimations work.
