Pros

Somewhat new technology in Indonesia, you'll learn a lot about brain function and its effects on our body and mind. You'll work with kids with special needs, once the therapy shows effect, you'll feel this feeling of fulfillment. The office is pretty strategic and easy access to public transportation as well as affordable good food. The head of operation will defend and stand by you against unrightful complaints.

Cons

Heavy workload on a tight schedule (big chance you'll bring your work home); inappropriate feedback giving method (There are times they'll give you feedback in front of clients or during sessions); 8 hours, 6 days of work with jakarta's minimum wage (4-4.5 million); quite far; two months of unpaid training period; you dont get benefits such as free parking, insurance, or lunch (you'll get free lunch only on saturdays); high turn over rate.

Pros

If you are interested in brain anatomy and you like to work with kids, this is the right place for you, as you would work with kids with special needs. You'll also get to see their progress, which would feel rewarding. It is located in Mall of Indonesia complex, so a lot of good food nearby and easy transportation access.

Cons

Long working hours. 6 days of week without much benefits. If you apply there as an intern you would still have to work long hours without getting paid, which lead to high turn over rate. The work is pretty repetitive, but there are lots of hours where no one comes to the clinic and you don't really have anything to do. Overall, you don't really learn much there beside theories. The head of psychologist doesn't really teach you much and you have to learn from other clinicians who already worked there. The head of psychologist would also give you harsh and non-constructive feedback, sometimes even in front of the client. Overall, a good place for clients to seek treatment, but not a very good place to work in as an employee.
