Pros
Competitive Salary, flexible schedule, only necessary meetings, and there's a lot of people that enjoy sharing their technical expertise to get the job done. I also really like the Employee Stock Ownership Program. Braun supplements their rather low 401k match with an annual allotment of company stock. It ends up being more valuable than companies that give a higher 401k match
Cons
No major red flags yet. It's been an adjustment to always have the worry of hitting revenue and utilization benchmarks, but pressure is a privilege, I guess.
