You are given a lot of freedom and are never micromanaged. Owners are great business and family men.

Workload, technology and systems required to be efficient need to be improved to keep up with industry standards.

Brawner is an awesome way to experience all aspects of the construction world. Although there is plenty of structure to the Brawner positions, executives are also willing to explore your other areas of expertise and allow you to use those within the company. During my time at Brawner, I've been able to experience bidding, submittals, construction process and closeout. Brawner is also full of experts in the field who are happy to help you throughout the process. There is also lots of young Assistant Project Managers, with a program to help you adjust to being new to Brawner. Overall, I've loved my experience here.
