Pros

Had great time at our Annual Sales conference last week, a great celebration of our continuous record breaking achievements as a company - Very proud to achieve top BSC of the year, meaning I have qualified for our upcoming annual incentive trip to Rome another great perk the great rewards we receive for working at BrightHR. Alongside the great earning potential, we have the best management and support team all working together to build a great culture that enable us to push each other to greater heights. Excited for the year ahead.

Pros

-Management are supportive, -Earning Potential -Transferrable Skills - Benefits (HOLIDAYS FOR TOP PERFORMERS) - Floor Managers and Associate Director are lovely and very supportive and really do try to help where they can. Very very good culture. people are lovely and it is a nice place to be most of the time

Cons

-Basic Salary i was offered is the same one i was on at 19 and it has not changed for anybody since i have been here this needs a review! - Policies within the business are laughable, but again as seen in other reviews there is too much bureacracy for things to be changed. - your time is not your own, Headcount has increased significantly but the amount of staff "ALLOWED" off is 2 at a time in team of 40! - Lateness policies - I stayed one evening til 7:30pm (2 hours after my shift to sign a deal) i then recieved a formal warning for being 3 minutes late due to a crash which i showed evidence of! - 0 Common Sense in internal policies.
