Product Management is really considered a practice and teams aren't just feature factories and although they did have a massive shopping list of initiatives the business wanted, it was curated by the product team. Leadership team were communicative and did their best. Work life balance was encouraged.
Cons
Voices get lost and unheard due to how big the org is.
