Some days there is lots of activity but the leaders do a good job helping team stay calm and focused

The only Pro as BPros is in the name

You will rarely get commission or bonuses... if you do, half of it goes toward the company. I'd only recommend working here if you are desperate for a job. Most people start looking for a new job after working there for 2 months.. If you are a minute late to work you will get an occurrence. You rate each other on a scorecard every week. Most people are scared of management because they are threatening you, your job, and your PTO. This is not a flexible place to work
