Pros
It's a nice, small environment that has a fairly loyal customer base. Most of the employees are very nice and all work well together.
Cons
There is a high staff turn-over and it takes forever to get even the slightest raise. There isn't much communication between the employees (between managers, sales, cashiers, and yard).
