It is a great atmosphere with many opportunities for advancement.

I wish it had multiple locations so I could still work there.

Owner and some upper management constantly create events for their employees. Most Coworkers are lovely. Very good pay. Clear about this specific position being “boring”.

Lack of communication from management. The receptionist role is extremely under stimulating. Unwillingness to teach, sink or swim mentality. Instead of bringing up issues, people will becoming passive aggressive with you. Upper management is hardly ever in the building. None of the extensions are assigned. False promises. Extremely political. New people will be pushed out if they don’t fit in with the established group off the bat.
