Pros

Nice building in Fishers with an easy access to highway and good spots to eat lunch

Cons

Even though the building is nice on the outside it is terribly organized on the inside. Cramped cubicles considered to be an open space environment for employees, while management staff has huge offices. The same gap is noticed in compensation while long lasting staff gets below average, managers and so-called directors, who have no idea what they are doing, have six figure salaries. Toxic environment full of drama, gossip, and nepotism lead to no diversity and huge turnover. No HR along with non existent leadership made this company the worst place to work.

Pros

Fully remote work Paid holidays and generous time off

Cons

Managers act like bosses, not leaders New hires are expected to finish leftover work from others and often work double shifts without overtime pay Daily 4 PM meetings lead to unrealistic overnight expectations (“finish your work by the morning meeting”) Little to no appreciation or recognition for hard work No clear direction — even managers often don’t know how to handle issues Constant blame and demotivation during morning meetings create a toxic culture No real supervision or support system Outdated, cheap software and broken systems make work harder Overall: Big red flag for anyone looking for a healthy work environment
