      Pros

      Great culture and environment when I started 2 years ago. Very flexible and understanding schedule and hours. The hybrid work policy was great to be flexible.

      Cons

      The company created the position for me, then didn't stay on top of giving me work or making sure that I was being optimally used. New management came in, and within 1 month, I was deemed useless. Profit over everything at the end of the day, no matter how genuine the company seems.

      Pros

      Overall good work/life balance possible, in spite of long hours required at times. Generally good office with hard working and friendly colleagues. VP of my section had a broad vision for the future/expansion. RRSP programme, good health and dental. Possibility to purchase shares.

      Cons

      Little possibility for advancement, lack of development (training) possibilities.
