Pros
Some nice people in the company. They’ve bought other companies so they must be doing something right. Decent exposure to Microsoft stack. Paid for certifications.
Cons
Support Manager is toxic. Micro managed. Fixated on certs. They struggled to resolve complex technical issues which would be L1 stuff anywhere else. Poor office environment. Poor salary. Arrogance of certain managers
