Nice offices,
Good salary,
Mostly hard working people.
Cons
Few employees for the amount of work,
Toxic culture from the management,
Unprepared high level managers,
Speed is more important then safety in their construction processes,
Onboarding is non existent,
HR department is a joke for this day and age... The company is stuck in 2000s in terms of employee education/ preparation.
- provides great opportunities to driven, but lacking certain skills or experiences people
- some offices are nice, but not all
Cons
The messaging from top management to employees and the one to investors varies significantly, imo.
They got reward for company annual report, and when I read it, it showed me very modern company, but the reality wasn’t even half close.
The pressure to provide the results without giving sufficient resources is the main “vibe” in the company, though probably it’s common problem for many companies
