Business outlook
Pros
The people, honestly there are some incredible people that work there and the whole company has a very close-nit family vibe. Staff are very nice and are always trying their best.
Cons
The company has a huge communication gap between the frontline workers and the Senior Managers. It's very clear that the organisation is struggling for funding, and there is lots of pressure on frontline teams which are understaffed and overworked. Lack of communication between teams makes frontline workers feel undervalued and lack of inclusion means that, for some teams, there is a social and hierarchical divide which lowers morale. Team members are not often praised for hard work as management are also overworked.
