Pros
1) Good Learning for LabVIEW 2) If you can survive Captronics's politics then you can survive anywhere in the world 3) You will get stamina to work 12-15 hours a day 4) You will be praised until you are good to management and will be demoted/demotivated if you point to management.
Cons
1) Sometimes Management passes rules like If you dont reach office by 9am then they will cut full day salary whether you worked that day or not No growth 2) Poor Management 3) HR is poor and has no power in the company as Management always has a upper hand. None of the policies are employee friendly. They dont organize any team building activities.
