- Most likely work from home - Starting is still 3k a month (w/no health care) - A young company is good for making friends
Cons
- Pay is non-negotiable, you get what you get - If you're a local employee and want to move to remote, they will deny your request - Consistently watch and monitor your computer activity, even if not in sales - They would rather let you go than pay you a dime more - Culture is not consistent across the company - They tell you that you can move anywhere, you CANNOT. Any location with a higher minimum wage than Virginia they will tell you you cannot move and then threaten to track your computer if you do - Your salary will not increase due to inflation, if the business does well, if you are performing well - All bonuses and promotions are time-based, not merit and they will rework the requirements so you do not get promoted.
