      Pros

      Awesome company for career movement, and opportunities to try different areas of interest! CCS is transforming the culture and committed to the employee experience. Brand new building coming in 2018 - world wide showcase!

      Cons

      A little behind in culture however, it is recognized and great programs are being launched. Flexible work arrangements are encouraged. Good progress, need to accelerate.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
