As someone who had recently graduated and came into the office world without insurance (or office) experience, I have to say it has been quite a breeze settling in. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Even now, having been here for a year it feels very nice to have synergy with everyone regardless of background or department! The partners/management care greatly for each of the employee's life outside of the office. A unique benefit I was able to use recently was their pet adoption reimbursement. Learning is huge for the agency, whether that is individual development or group lessons. All in all, I am very pleased with the support I have received and definitely recommend putting this place down as an option!

The Company is small but growing! However, that means fewer opportunities for career advancement. That does not stop the agency from recognizing your hard work (so maybe not a con after all).

- No matter your position or title your thoughts, ideas and input on ways to improve the company are always welcome. - Weekly check-ins to ensure workload is manageable. - A true genuine feel of family. -Education is huge and the company offers to pay for classes to help further your career within the agency. -Fun quarterly events, office parties, holiday party, etc. - Management team is very open with budget and if our numbers are being met, this helps everyone know that the part they play in the company works towards the big picture.

-We are growing in size so working to keep that "family feel" we have while growing can be challenging. -Working as a true team so sometimes you will have to do things that are not part of your typical day-to-day but as long as you remember it is all for the big picture of keeping our clients interest before our own and maintaining our close relationships with them it should not bother you.
