Worse Place to Work EVER, Management is a joke, Unappreciated - Anonymous employee Cech Employee Review

Management - There is constant drama. You are treated like dirt, belittled, or yelled at on a daily basis. They say they care about you and are family oriented, but the second you put family or your own mental state first, you are treated like you did something wrong. You are expected to learn everything in an unrealistic time frame, and if you don't meet their expectations, they have no fear in letting you go after a week or two. There is no room for advancement....at all. I have seen the drama in that place. Management will talk crap about you to other people with no worries about anything. Once you are on management’s bad side. They will do everything they can to pretty much push you out of that place. The turnover rate in that company alone will tell you everything. They also forced their current employees to write reviews to increase their ratings on google, glassdoor, and indeed. So yes, all of these 5 star reviews done within a month of each other, were because the company was trying to hide how bad it is to work there.
