Pros
Decent product and variety to sell. They will give you a certain amount of independence but on a short leash. Salary is nice but commission is low. People are nice-ish.
Cons
Lucky if you last longer than a year, but as soon as your sales dip they will let you go. There's not much support as far as wholesale goes and back end work takes forever. Quality of product has dipped but is still decent. Standard for this industry, not a bad company to work for but not a great one either. Sales goals are unrealistic for the quality of products they sell.
