      Pros

      Great culture and great people, very helpful during work. Very formative company and sensible environment. I would strongly recommend it

      I do not remember any particular drawback of working at chipmos, and I couldn't say anything that has bothered me during my experience

      Pros

      1. Bounce are pretty good compare to other company in south Taiwan. 2. Managements are nice and easy to communicate. 3. Friendly working environment. 4. Meal provided with cheap price. 5. Provide good training classes to employees.

      Cons

      1. Devision VP voice are like order of crown, can never have a second thought of your own. No respect to professionals. 2. No overtime pay. 3. Operator's benefit is better than engineers.
