Pros

Together, cast members use teamwork to work diligently and efficiently. Managers show friendliness and enthusiasm to employees and guests at this store. Everything, including birthday parties and chuck e live shows, stay organized for the most part.

Cons

Communication is an issue, especially during peak times. Some managers use radios, while others do not. This store lacks proper enforcement and consistency, which breaks the aspect of strong teamwork and unision. For example, if there is an issue in game room or adventure zone, I have to physically search for someone which forces me to leave my assigned station unattended. Another thing is sometimes being the only game room attendant on shift. For my role, it can result in ruining the CEC experience. Chuck e live shows can be skipped for normal guests not attending reserved parties. It can also affect the cleanliness of the gameroom, leading to complaints. If there were two or more game room attendants working together, these issues likely wouldn't exist.

Pros

Friendly management and co workers. Free drinks while on the job. Excellent training program. Schedule is emailed to you.

Cons

Was hired in and hoping to get full time or at least some part time employment. Only got 4 hours a day one day a week. I understand if budgets are tight but to me it seems pointless to hire someone if the majority of the workforce is under the age of 18. Management is overworked but decent people. The worst part of the job is the Trampoline Park attendant. Kids will jump and do backflips and all kinds of things that are against the rules. You get screamed at in your ear piece if you don't notice something. But the kids won't listen and parents are not a fit to help either because its mostly nothing more than a glorified baby sitter that happens to serve pizza and beer. I do think Chuck E Cheese is an overall great employer, depending on the location in which you work at.
