I’m happy to read you made such great friends while working at Cielo, and sad to read that you left with a not-so-positive perception of the organization. Our Consulting services, including Social Media, are critical to our success, and the service we deliver is only as strong as that of our internal relationships. So often we’re focused on our external customer service, and it’s important that we are also evaluating our internal service on an ongoing basis as well.
