      Good fringe benefits, felxible hours offers work life balance. Free fridays. Good to learn and have an overview of the industry. Higher management is friendly.

      Cons

      Middle management could be better, more diversity would improve the overall atmosphere, ok if you are able to work around gossips and bad behavior of a few.
