Pros

Good coworkers, high-end software and technology

Cons

Management does not care for employees, does not allow sick days of COVID-19 safety protocol, is highly discouraging of work from home, is passive-aggressive. The sales team seems to reap benefits, but the rest of the office team is left behind. There is no opportunity for a raise or moving up in the company. When management hears employee concerns, they do not listen. At one point they even told us to bring our own paper products to work because they would not pay for them anymore. There is a large divide between inner office teams, and the culture heavily focuses on the sales team.

Pros

The frontline employees are generally people you'll love working with. The work was fun and I felt like I was doing something worth doing. My team was amazing to work with. Work life balance was pretty good but I've learned to protect that after working for school districts.

Cons

The general feeling while working there was that things were about to get better. I should have paid more attention to the red flags. - Lots of wearing multiple hats to bulk up your resume but very little acknowledgement of your contributions. - Sales team is the golden child despite the fact that most issue originate from sales people saying whatever they need to say to make a deal. And they are rarely held accountable - Nothing is set in stone until its actually done. Generally what you're being told is probably not what's really going to happen. - There is no salary growth going on. And best not talk about salary increases, that's a big no-no. - We're family, until you're let go without notice. - There's a lot of drinking involved in company events.
