Pros
Paid for team social nights out and weekends away.
Cons
Clickthrough Marketing had a change of management during my time at the company and I feel like the company took advantage of the pandemic to make several redundancies of the lower paid employees so that they could hire apprentices at a even lower rate to do the same role. I noticed that the roles that got made redundant were rehired exactly 6 months after the redundancies were first made (the legal requirement so they cannot take the company to ACAS) but shock, the positions were all now advertised as apprenticeships. While at the company I found the HR team condescending, unapproachable and untrustworthy for any genuine issues you may have been dealing with. However, this was over a year ago hopefully they have restructured that team since I worked there. Low salaries, micro management and no overtime. The final con. You’re not trusted to complete your work load through your own time management. You are allocated set hours to projects and if that project takes you longer you are not paid any over time to complete the project. Regardless if this was due to yourself or the management team underestimating the length of the task. The only company I have ever worked in where you have to log every single hour in your 37 hour week.
