Clifford Chance is a great place to work. Although it is a high performance organization, and can demand a lot, the Amsterdam office is very focused on people and in creating a challenging, but supportive and fun environment where you can excel.

Cons

Due to the industry, it's demands and its global nature, working at Clifford Chance isn't always 9-5. Extra hours seem to be the norm more than an exception.
