      Pros

      They made some great changes recently to improve employee workload, renumeration and offered more leave (recharge days). Good career progression for junior staff.

      Cons

      Very top down structure. High work load. Pay was pretty meh which is standard for NGO work. Not a lot of career progression for mid levelm

      Pros

      A great small team, hard working people, feels like a family.

      Cons

      Doesn't pay for for travel (eg food or transfers) when on business trip. Can be very big workloads, pay is ok.
