Pros
Climate X is a progressive company doing cutting-edge work on the boundary of climate science and fintech. Somehow it manages to be both high-energy and chill. People are super friendly and caring. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help others. Management are accessible and they have a posture of learning and listening. It is definitely not a place of 'move fast and break things.' It is move fast and care about what you are doing along the way.
Cons
Things change fast here. You have to be flexible and comfortable with some uncertainty and change of direction. I think it's the price you pay for doing something new, but for anyone who wants a nice, comfortable, steady job this company might not be the place.
