People and colleague were amazing. Made friends for life there. Lot of autonomy, before the company sale process ramped up. Was a young company, so not of old bad habits and cliques existed. Felt like we were all engaged in that mission and ambition the company had.

The company got sold to globant. The times leading up to that sale saw a lot of people leave. As it became a very hard place to work in. Management were not able to keep the morale up. Lot of people got moved out very suddenly.

A great company culture. One that is very inclusive, recognises individual and team successes, communication is transparent throughout the whole company with clear goals. Even with the team growing at a fast rate since my start, the culture has remained the same with a sense of 'family' and great social aspect that isn't lost. In my experience, CloudShift look after their employees and have good sense of work-life balance. Learning & Progression - loads of opportunity to progress in different areas of your career and pursue new aspects you may find interesting with support from senior management. With the company currently growing and changing, roles can develop and you have the opportunity to step into other areas if you wish. People - the team is dynamic and everyone is very welcoming. Social aspect is great if you want to get involved, with quite a few events you can attend or drinks after work etc. Very pleased to have gained experience with CloudShift during my year long placement for my university degree. Having worked with different companies in varying industries for work experience purposes, like recruitment, finance and marketing, working with CloudShift has been the stand out in terms of the people and culture. I have learnt a lot of skills during the year and with the company growing it is an exciting time to be apart of the team!

Not many I can think of! But possibly depending on your role, may require some longer hours at times if working on projects, events etc.
