There's no career plans, there's no mentorship, no one cares what you are interested in to grow. T here are no performance reviews, and when they say there will be one, they literally tell you they can't give you a real PR because they'll have to increase your salary, and of course, they can't do that. There's an absurd need to be in the office when you can perfectly do your job full-remote. The HR team is not the most competent.
