A bit disorganized Benefits aren't great but aren't terrible

They have an excellent product and a great engineering organization. The services team that produces the client experiences is also very good and meets its commitments

The management of the company is weak at best. They have limited experience in technology, no commitment to the selling process, don't communicate with the staff and see the employees as numbers and not as the highly skilled folks that they are.
