Pros

Free insurance, no premiums yay

Cons

WFO sucks the life out of us. We have to adhere to a very strict schedule and the “benefits” don’t make the job worth it anymore. We are promised PTO and encouraged to use it, but every request gets denied by WFO. oh! And they just started applying PTO to any hour we miss for a Dr appointment or being sick. No grace, leniency, exceptions. That means we get 15 days off total for an entire year.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you value benefits, but we are concerned to hear about the stress you are experiencing regarding your schedule and the emotional toll of the recent client rollouts. We understand that maintaining a rigid schedule in a Member Advocate role can feel restrictive, especially when trying to balance personal wellness and professional responsibilities. We strive to provide a supportive environment, and your feedback regarding the current PTO approval process and the challenges of the 2026 client transitions is being heard. We highly encourage you to share these specific concerns regarding your schedule and workload with your manager or HRBP so they can better support you. You are also welcome to reach out to us at letstalk@collectivehealth.com.

Pros

Good benefits, especially health insurance. Some very intelligent people. Company mission is great.

Cons

Untrustworthy leadership that makes reactive choices and publicly badmouths their subordinates to other subordinates. Politics are HUGE here. I have quite literally heard of leadership making decisions on firing people simply because they don't "like them". I genuinely didn't know people behaved like this outside of those outlandish tv shows and movies where people have no tact and are completely unprofessional. Yelling and pointing fingers is normal when it comes to escalated matters, and working over 40 hours is not only typical, but expected. Weekends are not off limits either, and we get fake commended for our hard work and dedication, when really we would have just been reprimanded if we protested on constantly working outside of the 9-5. I have witnessed employees crying from different departments and levels; managers too.
