The paycheck didn't bounce. A couple of the VPs know what they are doing.
Cons
Since the company was bought by private equity the management seems to run scared. The President is good at saying the right things in public but does not support them once the camera is off. The integration of companies they have bought has been a disaster. The warehouse "expert" from corporate is best at failing helping bring the new sites on line with the corporate processes and then blaming the people on site. IT is a bunch or ego driven "we don't listen to you" types. And the president believes her. Some of the VPs are really good but your get to the point you don't trust anyone. Plant Managers leave or get fired often and the plants are never stable.
